We’re so glad we chose Lori and Scott to sell our Emerson Heights home of 45 years. From the first interview with them we knew we had found the realtors we wanted to work with. Living on our side of town let us know they would be knowledgeable and understanding of our old house. They made us feel cared for and supported as they guided us through the entire process. They kept in touch regularly and were always available for questions. They helped us “stage” the rooms with our own furniture. Then Scott took stunning pictures that showed our house in the very best way possible. It took several months for us to get the house ready to list and show, but they were patient. There was never any pressure put on us to hurry the process. Since we had already moved and were out of town while the house was on the market, they watched over the property, made sure the lawn was mowed and that the potted plants were watered. They helped us sell the remaining furniture by meeting those buyers at the house. And Scott even helped one buyer carry furniture down the stairs and load it into her vehicle. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Once house buyers placed offers, Lori and Scott took care of all the dealing and even got ten thousand dollars more than our asking price! They held our hands all the way through to the closing. We highly recommend them to anyone needing a realtor. With this team, you get “two for the price of one!” They did a great job for us.
