Jim BanksWe are very happy with a hardscaping project that Patch Landscaping completed for us on August 25, 2022. We needed to have the portion of our backyard closest to the house converted into patio space with pavers matching those that had been used when the majority of the backyard was paved 11 years ago. Kristen and Apolinar were prompt and friendly as we planned out the project, and were able to schedule it for rapid completion, in comparison to other hardscaping companies that left us hanging for 4 months without a start date. Site foreman/manager Charles and his team were entirely professional: precise, punctual, and polite. They worked together quickly and nimbly, and were able to troubleshoot and address unforeseen issues on the spot, under consultation with my wife and I. For example, a wooden stair that needed replacing, but wasn't in the original estimate. Or the best way to complete edging around a porch enclosure to allow for drainage. Charles's expert transplant of a lilac tree--providing it deep watering in dry soil--prevented any sign of transplant shock, and the tree continues to thrive. The Patch team completed the project with no disruption to our daily routine, and left our property spotless, with no damage to any foliage or terrain. Photos are attached to show their excellent work.
