Customer experiences
Amazing Service and Support! I had an issue with the base of my cat wheel, and they went above and beyond to help me get it fixed. The process was smooth, and the team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making things right. The wheel is working perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s clear they stand behind their products and value their customers. Highly recommend them for both the quality of their products and their customer service!
I went there last week and the one thing that I remembered clearly, it was that were too many birds in such small cages. The store is too small to house this many variety of pets (small/big birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, fishes). In all honesty, the customer service was alright, although the men were looking at me the home time like this 🤨, BUT they should relocate some of their birds because the ventilation in the store will not be enough for all the animal excrements to be filtered out by the air filter. I love animals, If the owner did too he or she would do what is best for them and not only care for the money. / **This part is for the owner: I wasn't trying to speak negatively about the store, but trying to describe what I saw during my recent visit and what I found very shocking that I had to write a review. There's one thing you need to know about owning birds is that they need space. You cannot justify it by saying you take care of them if what they need is space and that you are not giving to them. You have to find some places for these other birds to live, they cannot be keeped in such small places. I saw it with my own eyes the size of those cages and it is not what you are describing. As for the baby lovebirds, I already know that they have to stay with their parents until a certain point, but that wasn't my main concern, I was mostly describing the space the larger birds had, in almost every cage there weren't enough sticks or space for them to properly move around and the bottom covered in feces (that were at least 5 days old, you can already imagine the amount for 3 birds). I say all of this honestly and I am not saying this out of hatred or anger, but for the sake of these birds lives 🙏.
I love this place, I bought 24 pcs of different kinds of African cichlids. The store owner is very knowledgeable with his pets. Ive followed closely his advice, now I am enjoying staying at home by watching all cichlids in the aquarium.
store is way too small for the amount of items and pets it has. You feel like you're going to bump into stuff at all times
