As an English speaker I was really nervous to get my hair dyed and cut at a new salon. I had a great experience with the colour - they understood what I wanted and executed it very fast and well. The cut was very very rushed. I think they actually forgot that I booked a haircut afterwards. The cut was not cut on a straight parting and therefore looks like a total mess. Very unhappy with the cut considering the very expensive price. I live in london and the prices are the same. I think it’s better to come here if you are Spanish speaking so the team respect and understand you more. I left very disappointed after forking out a lot of money for an inadequate haircut.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish,they are very professional and gave me pricing after sending my photos on Whatsapp.They use vegan products too!My hair never looked this good after being in the hands of Saul,such a talented and friendly hair stylist.Totally recommendable!

The service and people were great, but I didn’t like that they quoted me a price, sent it to my email to confirm and when it was time to pay, they charged me 40.000 more pesos. According to the receptionist, the rate they were charging for a blowout was the base rate, and since I had long hair it was more. I had come in the day before to make the appointment, and my hair was down. I have no clue why she didn’t just look and see I had long hair and put that in instead of pulling a fast one at the end. Good thing I left my hotel with enough cash. I didn’t push it because I had to leave but that ruined the experience for me. I’d advise to triple check the price before you get anything done here.

If you are a foreigner, don’t come here. I came in and said I wanted a hair cut and color my hair purple as my previous color was fading out. After discussing the color, the stylist went directly to mix the color without discussing the price with me. They started to apply it while I was still at the station to wash my hair. I had to stop them and asked the price, which turned out to be too high for me(about $50 US dollars). This is not a great experience for me as they should have discussed the price first before ever applying the color. I didn’t end up coloring my hair and just had a haircut. I was given three different prices for a haircut. On What’s app, they said it was 60mil. The stylist said 80mil. When I checked out, front desk said 100mil. I paid 60mil in the end. But there shouldn’t have been three very different prices. When the lady was washing my hair, she tried to upsell some services to me twice, I had to say no twice. Overall, not a great experience. Don’t really recommend it. And definitely will not come back again.
