I have to say about their customer support. They have a proactive team member to attend to our needs and fulfill the requirements. This is customizable software as per our business requirement. Once you start using PACT, you will be impressed, and you cannot switch to any other software. I must say, it’s a user-friendly ERP software in the UAE.
