Have used Partsouq many times,after purchasing i have always been notified that my order is co firmed.next email is notification of dispatch with tracking number. Delivery is fast took only three days to get to Australia. I use Partsouq because prices are very competitive compared to Australia and delivery is quicker than some places in Australia. Terrible Customer Service & No Refund Policy – Avoid at All Costs! I had a horrible experience with PartSouq and would strongly advise against ordering from them. My package was returned to them due to customs fees, which were higher than the cost of the goods. Instead of offering a refund (even after they got the item back), they refused and insisted that I pay for reshipping! Their customer service is completely unhelpful, copy-pasting the same responses over and over again, without any attempt to resolve the issue. They take no responsibility and hide behind their policies, leaving customers stranded with no solution. A reputable company would at least offer a partial refund, but not PartSouq. Once they have your money, you won’t get it back—no matter what. Buyer beware!

I have spent literally thousands of pounds on parts for my 100 series Land Cruiser - Partsouq always do a great job. Shipping isn't the cheapest, but you get quality shipping providers like Fedex & DHL, so from dispatch to arrival at my door in the UK it typically takes 4 days which you can't fault! Just be prepared to wait up to a week for parts to arrive from their suppliers before they can be dispatched.
