I am so incredibly grateful to Suzy and Kourtney for taking care of our two cats while we were away for a vacation for a week. Our cat sitter Kourtney is exceptional. We got so lucky that Suzy assigned Kourtney for our cats. Kourtney sent us photos and updates about our cats everyday several times a day. I was anxious because this was our first time leaving our cats behind for so long. But Kourtney's calm demeanor and genuine love for our cats calmed me immediately. Kourtney was professional and so understanding of my anxiety. Our cats were taken care of and Kourtney followed all instructions about their food etc so well. When we came back our cats looked happy and so well cared for. They were obviously happy to see us but they didn't look stressed or upset. This is a big win for us. Also our otherwise shy cats warmed up to Kourtney pretty quickly. Now we will be able to take vacations without worry because we know Suzy and Kourtney will be there for our cats. I absolutely recommend Pawz 'N Play to anyone looking for a cat sitter. 5 stars. Or may be 100 stars. Thank you Suzy and Kourtney, you both are amazing. Alexa and Siri love you.

We are so happy with Pawz’N Play. Suzy is an amazing communicator and runs a very reliable business. Our dog Floyd absolutely adores his walker Leslie. Leslie is always on time and is so attentive to Floyd on their walks. Receiving updates and photos from their walks is always a treat. Would recommend Pawz’N play to everyone in need of kind and reliable dog walking services.

This is our first time to use Suzy and her team’s service. We were a bit worried of leaving our 3 cats for a week as one of the cats Connor has been pooping outside litter box due to stress. Initial meet and greet was very relaxing. Suzy ensured us they would have no problem cleaning up if Connor makes any accident. During our vacation, Issy came by every day. She did great job of cleaning litter, vacuuming, providing then interactive play and treats. First day all three were hiding. Second day two of them came out to greet her. She sent us photos and updates after every visit right away. And Connor DIDN’T make any accident!! We felt so relieved and grateful for Suzy and Issy! At one point during our vacation, I texted Issy and said I almost forgot we had cats! Will definitely use again!

This was my first time using a pet sitting service and it was a great first experience. We were away for a week and needed someone to check in on our 2 cats. Suzy was incredible. We received daily photos and updates, and it made our trip so much more enjoyable knowing that they were being well taken care of. She even somehow managed to get our super shy cat Binky to come out of hiding. I'm no longer stressed about future vacations and would highly recommend to anyone needing a cat sitter!
