Our party had rented 4 hotels rooms Oct 17 & 18. They were all prepaid. One of our party members was unable to make the Friday night we informed the hotel and ensured they would be there Saturday as we were in the city for a wedding. When the family arrived at 11 PM to check in on Oct 18 after the wedding festivities we came to find out the hotel had given their room away! The room we had prepaid for and informed them that they would be there Oct 18. They gave the family of 4 a room with only a Queen bed despite booking and paying months prior for a room that would fit all of them. Upon checking out no refund or make it right was offered. Incredibly disappointing service. Would not recommend.

Extremely unprofessional and unsafe – items stolen and staff behavior unacceptable. I visited this place twice, and both times were horrible experiences. First visit: I checked out early and confirmed my checkout at the front desk before leaving. Later, when I followed up with my company for the refund, I discovered that the staff had failed to process my checkout. They simply apologized, blaming it on “staff miscommunication,” but I was unable to receive my refund or any compensation. Second visit (recent): This time was even worse. After checking out at 6:15 a.m., I accidentally left my coat at the room and at 6 25 am informed them to keep it for me until I returned around 3 p.m. When I came back, the afternoon staff knew nothing about it, and my coat was missing. For two hours, they kept repeating the same phrases, denying responsibility, and sending me from one person to another on the phone — since apparently, no one in charge works on weekends. The way they handled the situation was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and dismissive. I was even made to feel as if I was lying about my own property. Overall, this place lacks professionalism, proper communication, and basic respect toward customers. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the black out curtains were awesome. The hotel staff were friendly, and our two dogs were very welcome (staff smiled at them constantly). The rooms are extremely quiet and the parking is so secure and well lit. 10/10 will stay here again

Positive: Modern design rooms, great pool and jacuzzi! They also have good breakfast to choose from. Negative: Customer service needs improvement. Staff on the check in counter that assisted us when checking in was talking to fast like in a rush, and was too serious not even smiling.
