We are locals and we stayed here for a little getaway. I didn’t expect much checking into a Fairfield Inn but from check in to check out the staff was lovey and attentive and very accommodating. This hotel became an instant hit with my kids as it’s one of the only hotels (Marriott brand) that I’ve seen with a water slide in the GTA! The hot tub was a plus as the adults could enjoy while the kids had a blast in the pool and waterslide. The pool was always properly stocked with towels. The rooms were spacious which was great for a family with a couple of kids. As a Titanium Bonvoy member, this has been one of the only hotels that gave a warm welcome. There was always a small treat and handwritten note when we checked into the room - small touches like that make a difference! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here with our infant and toddler! The staff was very helpful in finding us a mattress for the floor for our toddler to sleep on and the housekeeping staff was so kind to us and went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the suite room had a great layout. The free breakfast buffet had a variety of things we all were able to enjoy! Our toddler loved the pool! Only thing to note is that the pool is cold and not heated. There was a hot tub for adults and a water slide for older kids. Overall our stay was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel especially with such amazing staff!

Beautiful hotel, I had family visiting from the States and they stayed here. We Join them in the room and room was Beautiful, pool was small but still good, it's kind cold in the winter when you first get it. It has a cool water slide. Its usually only open on weekends.

My experience with this hotel was not merely poor service, but a clear instance of financial fraud and a deliberate scam. ​I booked an upgraded room type through Booking.com, specifically paying extra for a "Room with Two Sofa Beds." Upon arrival at reception, I was informed that this room type does not exist on the property. I had paid for a non-existent room. This is a clear case of bait-and-switch advertising and fraudulent listing to increase revenue. ​When I requested a refund for the price difference, the hotel staff immediately shifted responsibility, directing me to Booking.com to resolve the issue. ​For the past 30 days, Booking.com has been attempting to contact the hotel's management via both email and phone to process the refund for the fraudulent charge. The hotel proprietary is deliberately and continuously ignoring and avoiding all attempts at contact. ​This level of deliberate deception and subsequent ghosting is truly unheard of in the hotel industry. They knowingly took money for a product they do not possess and are actively blocking communication to avoid issuing a refund. ​A clear warning to future guests: Do not trust their listed room upgrades or specific amenities. This hotel engages in fraudulent business practices. ​I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment entirely.
