Extremely disappointed and shocked by the experience with this jewellery store. I bought my husband’s diamond wedding band just 6 months ago, and the diamond has already fallen out. For a supposedly premium piece, this should never happen — clearly a sign of poor quality or weak craftsmanship. When we went to the store to discuss this, instead of offering help or taking responsibility, the salesperson was extremely rude and dismissive. To make things worse, she even called security on us — for simply asking why we should pay for a replacement diamond that fell out due to no fault of ours. This is not how you treat customers who trusted your brand for something as sentimental and expensive as a wedding ring. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this store — their after-sales service, attitude, and professionalism are appalling.
