Recommended hotel|Brilliant food restaurants and variety.||Reception services- Devi saved the day with our room change. Understanding, professional and kind.||Maher- The manager, excellent in dealing with our required room change. Your reception staff were excellent, you must be so proud.||David ( Dav) - customer service manager on the beach. You were fantastic in your services and made us feel as comfortable as possible. Thankyou.||The receptionist on the night of 6th Feb was amazing, we had forgotten some vital medication, within 2 hrs , the medication had been delivered. ||Thankyou, you all made and contributed to our fantastic holiday .Not made easy by our challenging years (80yr +)

6 years on the trot! Cannot speak more highly of this place, I could probably write for hours the only reason I haven't before is because I didn't want anyone to know about it... But given all 3 hotels in the resort were fully booked this week I guess the cat is out the bag! The choice of restaurants is insane when on the Al la carte you could be in a London top restaurant with better service! The children absolutely love it here, the only kids club they have ever agreed to go in, day after day they beg to go back, the staff are just wonderful, my daughter has gone back for Winnie and the lady next to her every year for the past 6 years!!!! So grateful for them. The gardens are beautiful at palm tree court, I don't believe that they are kept quite as beautifully as they were a couple of years ago, and there are a lot of events that run by the beach hotel and on the beach now that make it feel slightly less premium when they run, but on the whole we are still totally obsessed with this resort and want to come back year after year as a family 🫶. thank you again for your hospitality, we have had another wonderful 10 days to remember, we don't want to leave. Thank you to all your wonderful staff who cannot do enough.

This was our 4th visit to the JA Resort and our third to the JA Beach. Some things are good and never seem to change .... the Vasco Da Gama has a nice ambience and the service from Aashish and Akhil was excellent. Its so rare to find a bar like that in a horel. ||The sports bar was also very good delivers on good pub food and real pork sausages for breakfast. ||Previously we had put the Italian restaurant Sette into teh Ok bracket but that has changed for the better ... it was truly outstanding ... the Sea Bream was excellent in particular.||We had struggled to get a table at Kinare the Indian restaurant the last time we came but managed to get a booking and it was very good ... if a little pricey and not fully "all inclusive".||The weather this time was quite cold which was disappointing ... but obviously there is nothing the hotel can do about that.
