He was very kind and professional when I asked for an itemized breakdown of the 60k service due and provided it to me before our truck was done. I’d recommend going somewhere else. I brought my truck in for maintenance and to fix a light issue. When I picked it up and got on the highway, I immediately heard a grinding sound coming from the wheel well right where the light had been out. I took it back, and Kevin told me they never went through the wheel well, even though every video shows that’s the proper way to remove the headlight (which they did). Now I’m stuck with the problem. On top of that, I paid for a tire rotation and pressure check, and they still couldn’t even set the pressures correctly. Really disappointing.

I took my Jeep Wrangler in on a Monday morning because the electronic transmission was acting up, and the check engine light was on. I notified them that I had extended warranty coverage. By late Monday afternoon I had heard nothing. I left a message and by late Tuesday morning I received a message advising it was ready. When I arrived I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with the transmission. I was produced with a $190.00 bill for an overall inspection I didn’t ask for. When they brought it around front. As I was getting in The service rep with a guilty smirk told me the check engine light was on, and he didn’t know why they hadn’t shut it off. He offered to make a new appointment to find the trouble. Do not have your vehicle to be serviced there.
