Our contractor, Bailey, was fantastic—communicative, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. The whole team was incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns we had along the way. Not only did they stick to the timeline, but they worked efficiently without ever sacrificing quality. We absolutely love the finished product of our basement. Our salesman, Ryan, was very patient and helped us settle on a design and understand what was possible with the budget we had to work with. Our project manager, Jarom, was incredible in helping bring our design to life and communicating throughout the project. As with any construction project, there were a few unforeseen issues, but Jarom was always quick to step in and help come up with a solution to make it work. The final product looks even better than what we had envisioned, and was completed in 4 months with no major additional expenses. Also worthy of a shoutout were Robin and Karen, who helped a couple of very indecisive people make the best selections for our space. We’re a couple months past completion, and still get the “wow” factor every time we step in the basement!

PANDEN Construction has been a wonderful company to work with as we finished our basement, and we can't recommend them enough! Bailey was our project manager, and he is the king of communication. I don't think a single day went by in the process where he didn't call us to let us know the latest updates and keep us in the loop on any critical information well before any potential emergencies or delays in the schedule. He was always on our side and advocated for us with contractors and even his own company to make sure we were happy with the service we were receiving. Beyond his professional approach to the work, he is a genuine person who looks out for others and brings the best out of those around him, and we've felt fortunate to be able to work with him on this project. The work itself has been about as stress-free as a basement finish could possibly be. We threw some tricky custom projects at PANDEN, but from start to finish, people took our requests seriously, simplified some of the more nuanced components of construction to us, and did everything they could to bring our (at times) ambitious dreams to life. PANDEN uses top-of-the-line construction software to help us visualize what we wanted well before construction to assure everyone is on the right page in bringing our vision to reality. They were able to utilize their professional experience to articulate things we were struggling to explain, and even saw ahead on things they thought we may be interested in. The final result is a basement with finishes that surpassed our expectations done at a high-quality level. PANDEN is a top-tier business for detailed visualization, meticulous construction, and a quality finish that holds up to any scrutiny. If I could give 20 stars I would!! I was nervous with finding the right company to finish our basement. After multiple bids we chose to go with Pandem. And I so happy we did. Everyone we worked with was absolutely amazing. Matt did our initial bid, he was so helpful and answered all questions. He had some amazing ideas that made better use of the space we were working with. He was kind, polite and took the time to really listen to what we wanted. We did not feel rushed or pressured to choose Panden to do our build. We did not feel that way with other companies that came to give us a bid. Thank you Matt, for your knowledge and insight and now to make our basement exactly how we wanted It. Robyn, who we worked with for the finishing work is a rock star!! We needed our space to be ADA accessible, she went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was in place. She did plenty of research on her own before our first appointment. And gave us many ideas to help make the space easier to move around in for someone with a walker or wheelchair. Her knowledge of design details is unmatched. Not to mention she is a pretty amazing person. She loves what she does which in return made our appointment fun. She was always available for any follow up questions or ideas we had. Our project manager was Ivan. Again, top tier to work with. He communicated back quickly when we had questions or wanted an update. He came out to the job site often to make sure his crews were on schedule and doing quality work. He quickly took care of any hiccups that came up ( as they do with any construction job). He made sure that the work that was done was exactly what we wanted. Very polite and kind anytime we talked over the phone or via text. Such a nice guy. If you are questioning if you should hire Panden to do your build. Take my word when I say there is no question. Hire them. They really do want their customers to be over the moon happy with the final results. They know the power of word of mouth, and the don’t take that lightly. I really can’t say enough positive things about the company. Thank you to everyone on the Panden team who make this process so smooth. And for caring about the happiness of your customers!!!
