sam marshCame to Fonteyn to look at spas, Vaughan was very welcoming and friendly and very knowledgeable on everything, no pressure into buying at all, he was quick at answering emails with questions, when we went back to order himself and then main boss where helpful again explained everything and got took back of warehouse to be shown what happens when the hot tub comes in Would deffo recommend Fonteyn for hot tubs ( and all the other bits they sell) great service and it doesn’t end as soon as you handed your money over. Thank you so much can’t wait to have my hot tubs and enjoy it ☺️

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, we were shown how everything worked and I was given as much time as I wanted to swim. No pushing from the sales person, I felt relaxed, and comfortable. We will be placing our order in a few days (see no pushing) and I can’t wait to enjoy our Swim The only pushing was from my wife to send that deposit 🤣🤣
