We highly recommend Andrea Simpson. I first met Andrea at an open house and was most impressed how she responded when I told her I was just looking and didn't want to give her my contact information. I had met too many realtors that wouldn't respect that wish but Andrea did immediately. So much so that after I left the open house I went back in and gave her it! She and I and my husband had a great working relationship because she always respected our particular wants vs don't wants in a new home. She responds quickly to your texts & emails and is always very professional. She helped us find not only our new "downsized" condo and got the purchase turnaround at exactly when we wanted it, but she then sold our home for us the first day it was on the market for more then our asking price!
