Just wrapped up my PPL training at Pacific Rim Aviation — it’s been an awesome journey! The school runs in-person ground school every Saturday, which really helped me stay on track with the theory part. Booking flights is super easy with their online system — you can pick the aircraft and instructor you like. The whole team is super friendly and professional. The training vibe is great, and they even host BBQs every year — love that sense of community. Masa is a super serious (in a good way!) and reliable instructor — and he’s also a PPL examiner, which made the flight test process smooth and reassuring. You can also book your written with Victor directly at the school, which is super convenient. Would love to see the school offer multi-engine or other ratings in the future. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to learn to fly in Canada

I’ve been attending this school for a year now. The instructors are truly amazing. they approach training with great dedication and are always there to help. The training itself is very thorough, and they consistently point out even the smallest areas for improvement to help you become a better pilot. The maintenance team also keeps a close eye on the aircraft, so you can fly with peace of mind. Overall, it’s an excellent school for anyone serious about learning to fly.
