We hired Sophia after my 2 year old mastiff mix started being more reactive, down right scared and just differentttt… we started with the 4-week training program and once he graduated have continued on with Day trains! My boy is 115 lbs and can be very intimidating and half way through Sophia’s consultation visit it was SO beyond clear that she was the right one when Augie started warming up to her!! He is such a gentle giant but INCREDIBLY STUBBORN (while very smart) and Sophia was soooo patient with him. She has helped with his reactivity, with his leash skills, with building confidence, with exposure training - you name it!! She is so kind and loving to your animals, it’s SO CLEAR how much she loves what she does, and how much she loves your babies and takes things seriously!! I literally could not recommend her services more!! Augie and I thank you Sophia!! ❤️❤️❤️

After being very disappointed with a different dog training class we had tried here in Eugene, we discovered Sophia and Pacific Paws. To say we were very satisfied by the results we got would be an understatement. Pacific Paws will train your dog with patience and lots of dog-knowledge! After each training session they provide videos so owners can practice the new dog skills at home. Using the 4-week training session, our puppy learned to sit, stay, walk (on a leash without pulling), 'place', experience exposure therapy, tricks like 'paw' and 'spin' and much more. SO wonderful - and a great investment in family-dog harmony. Pacific Paws comes to your home - a real bonus - and they provide scheduled hikes and walks upon completing their training. Our dog simply LOVES Sophia (our trainer)! Would absolutely, highly recommend!
