It’s the best clinic I have been to in a long time in White Rock. Doctor Chan is also excellent at Penninsula but she is now semi retired. I feel lucky having Dr Brown as my family doctor. Friendly, caring and thorough with my health. I never have to feel like she's not taking a health concern seriously. The specialist she referred me to for my concern also remarked that Dr Brown had gone over many details with me, and that she's a good doctor. Hoping that she'll continue being in practice in Vancouver for years.

Dr Kristin Brown is one of the best doctors I’ve seen in a long time. New family doctors are impossible to come by and I only managed to get her by a stroke of good luck. She’s incredibly warm and welcoming, is extremely good at what she does, and takes the time to help you understand complex issues. She listens to your needs and gives you the best information she can to support your health care decision rather than push a decision on you. I’m very grateful to have found her!

The clinic is clean, modern, and calming. The receptionists are lovely and compassionate. Dr.Neves likely saved my life by taking my cancer concern seriously (and it turned out to be malignant) when my previous family doctor dismissed my concerns for months. He’s been thorough, readily available, and happy to provide advice and context to make you feel more comfortable and informed.
