From the moment I step into the office, the bright and modern space immediately puts you at ease—it feels more like a spa than a dental clinic. There’s none of that typical "dental office smell," just a calming atmosphere. Once I was brought in, I was greeted by a stunning view of Vancouver, and as you settle into the chair, you’ll find a TV on the ceiling where you can pick a Netflix show to watch. This is just great after a day of work. My hygienist, Ada, started with a head and neck exam, something I don’t recall ever having before. She explained everything she noticed in my mouth, walked me through what she was about to do, and even showed me what I needed to work on. It wasn’t a lecture; it was clear, visual, and informative. Then Dr. Katy came in to check my X-rays and, unfortunately, had to deliver some bad news - cavities. But instead of just telling me, she used a mirror to show me exactly where they were. It seems like such a simple thing, but why don’t all dentists do this? The front desk was also fantastic, making sure I knew the costs upfront—both for this visit and my next—so there were no surprises. I walked out with a fresh smile, and despite the cavity that needs fixing, I felt empowered and proud of staying on top of my dental health. I fully trust Dr. Katy and Ada, and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit.
