visited for the first time recently. everyone i interacted with both over the phone and in person has left such a memorably pleasant first impression. the pharmacist herself was so kind and so thorough in her guidance with a medication i have no experience with administering. her demeanour was so warm it left a lasting imprint on the rest of my day. i look forward to my future visits and cannot possibly recommend this pharmacy enough.

Absolutely the worst experience in my entire life. I have never been treated worse as a customer anywhere. The employees are incompetent and unapologetic. So-called supervisor has complete disregard for the customers very valid feedback and experience - zero remorse. It’s way too long to list all the errors that were made along the way but bottom line, It has impacted and delayed a lot of things in the health journey and caused mental anguish. I would be communicating my experience to the clinic that recommended the pharmacy, so they are not recommending it to others, as well as make sure that no one I know ever goes to that “pharmacy”. It’s a shame to see this happen in the health industry. ***Response to the owner. I would love to share my experince but I do not wish to speak to the store supervisor as she was not helpful at all but instead rude, arrogant and didn't seem to care of my concern. I just went in to get change for my GreenP parking and ended up buying something. The pharmacy appeared to be clean and organized. The staff was quite friendly.

I picked up a new prescription, and the pharmacist was very helpful and patient. I had some decisions to make regarding the medication but I never felt rushed, or that taking the time I needed was a problem.
