Within two days of contact, Nate and his team were at our home, and they treated the entire yard, with special attention to all major sitting areas. They were super friendly, and informative as to what they were going to be doing, and answered all of the questions we had. I would highly recommend OWLs for any services needed.

TLDR - Awesome rodent proofing, fascia, soffit, windows capping, wall flashing, exposed wood covering, and chimney sealing. There was a mice and bat issue at my house and I needed urgent help. I searched and stumbled upon Owls Ltd and after seeing the reviews I decided to give them a call. From the very first call Nate was professional, understood my problem, and guided me with the remediation steps. His team came and inspected the house all the while explaining to me about the rodents and their impact, which I greatly appreciate. He gave a fair quote for rodent proofing the house and the work was spot on. I also like how their quotes were super clear to understand. I already had plans of getting my house's fascia, soffit, and windows capped. When talking to Nate about it, he informed me that his team does that work to. He also gave recommendations on other stuff, for e.g., wall flashing (which explains why water drips inside) I was happy with their rodent proof work, so I went ahead with the other jobs. Nate's team worked very hard, and throughout the process I always felt comfortable with their presence. The work was fabulous and it showed the love and care in their craft. They also sealed exposed wood with beautiful black Aluminum. Along the way they also found issues with my chimneys. The mortor became fragile and the top bricks would just fall of with little pressure. They provided reasonable solutions and patched it up with a metal cap. It also helped with water coming down them. And for context, I don't have a working fireplace, they were there from the old times. All in all it was great working the OWL team and I love the way my the final product turned out. 10/10 would recommend and use their services again.

Very impressed with response time, quality of service and all-around commitment to address the situation. They responded to inquiry immediately and were at our place within minutes. The initial date of service was May 28th and the issue was groundhogs being a nuisance in defiance to our attempts at landscaping our backyard. Even though the affected area was lined with rocks, the groundhog unfortunately returned and bore it's way in again. I had sent OWLS photos chronicling the war of attrition as it escalated, they assured us that they would remedy things and returned a couple of days later for another attempt. This time their efforts proved completely successful: the ground was now lined with a metal mesh which seems to be deterring a re-entry. They had previously dealt with a field mice problem that was also a success. A++
