Very disappointing experience. I booked a massage appointment in advance, and when I showed up, they told me there was no appointment under my name. They claimed it was either a mistake, booked for someone else, or that there was some kind of mix-up. I had taken time off work, paid for transportation, and ended up with nothing. It was a complete waste of time and money. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be coming back.

I have been visiting the clinic for about one year for right shoulder and back injuries due to accident. Dr. Jamal, Simran, and Roza are very good at their job. They are all knowledgeable, professional and take great care of me. I see outstanding result after every treatment and chiropractic care, I am having pain free night sleep and more rotation in my shoulder. Roza is blessed with special finger to find every knot and sore area in the body. I always leave feeling like a new woman. I would recommend Dr. Jamal and team at Oxford Spine Centre to anyone who is suffering physically. Silvia does an amazing job keeping me on track with sending email reminders and following up with a phone call.

Receptionist was nice and trying to help me, but Dr. Jamal seemed too busy to take care of me. He left during the appt. Looking back on it, I should have stopped wasting my time.

Wonderful services at affordable prices! Dr Jamal is very good at his job! Lovely front desk staff too, she keeps an eye on my babes so I can relax during my apt!
