Customer experiences
My wife and I decided to stop by for a snack between nfl football and gambling. I have always wanted to try this place in the past. What a great place to watch the game and enjoy delicious food. We shared the nachos with the beef chilli topping. The ingredients were delicious and abundant. Probably best nachos I’ve had in ages, loved them. We had four drinks and watched some football. The service here was excellent, very impressed with the friendly staff. The environment is huge and wide open. I will certainly return in the near future. Keep up the great work!
I wanted to leave a review after seeing so many poor reviews. We went here to grab a bite to eat and watch the Packers game while we were in Niagara Falls. We sat at the bar and had the loaded nachos and the Mediterranean appetizer plate,( don’t recall the name but it was delicious see pictures). Service was prompt, food came quickly and was delicious, lots of tvs to watch. The only issue I had was that our bartender put myself and another couple in timeout because “allegedly “ we were drinking too fast!? Can’t have more than 2 beers an hour! Now this was going into hour 4 at the end of the game ( we got there 30 minutes before the game) and there were some really loud and obnoxious guests 4 stools down from us cheering on their game while they were clearly outpacing us with their Blue Moons and they didn’t get cutoff!? Clearly this was racial profiling! We are white! Anyway enjoy your time here just pace yourself if you’re white!
I visited Overtime Sports Lounge with fairly low expectations, but given the lineup at the door, I figured there might be something of value inside. The setup is actually great—lots of big TVs everywhere, comfortable tables, and large booths that are perfect for groups wanting to hang out and watch the game. Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent. Some staff were friendly, others had a bit of an attitude, and overall the service was slow. The real disappointment was the food. I ordered a pizza, and quite honestly, it tasted like a frozen pizza—not fresh at all. I can’t say for sure if it was frozen, but that’s exactly what it reminded me of. The sauce was sparse and flavorless, and the crust was dry and brittle—you could literally snap it like a twig. The slice had no “hang time” or flexibility, just stiff and cardboard-like. I attached a photo where you can actually see the top crust separating and splitting into layers, which is something I’ve never seen before on a pizza. The taste was awful. I left very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place for food. If you’re just grabbing a drink and watching a game, it might work—but if you’re expecting a good meal, I’d suggest going elsewhere.
My husband, sister-in-law and I spent the afternoon at Fallsview and stopped for lunch at the Overtime Bar. The atmosphere and food were very good, but the server, Renate, went above and beyond in serving us. She is very welcoming, knowledgeable, very competent, and very friendly. She waited patiently while we made our choices and then came over as we were eating to make sure that everything was good and that we wanted for nothing. I lost my wallet but we were told the next day that it had been found. When my husband and I went back to retrieve it, we were informed that it was Renate who found it and turned it into Security. What a wonderful, honest employee you have working for you. If I could, I would give her 10 stars!!!!
OVERTIME Sports Lounge is a bar.
