OUT Fashion store

I wanted to try a pair of shoes and I was already in the fitting room when one of the sales consultants came quickly and asked me to give the shoes because another customer wanted to try them. I was really surprised but gave her the shoes and asked if I can try them too because I want to buy them. She said - “you wait”. After I waited a few minutes and she was not brining anything, I asked the other girl to support me. She checked something and said “My colleague already gave you the pair”, and I was “No, she took the pair from me to give it to another client”. Then I was told to wait for 15 mins until they can go and take another pair. Actually I did not see anyone trying or buying those shoes at this moment but anyway, I left the store with a very bad feeling and I am really sorry that I liked those shoe but I am not going back to buy anything from this store.

Customer service is totally unacceptable, no one from the store could give me any information about an online order (already paid) that should've been received in the store, but per the courier tracking number has been accepted by someone from the Bulgarian office/storage/company and probably forgotten in some warehouse Their online support is also tragic and I've not received any response to my queries following 4 or 5 emails. Totally amateur stuff from them, especially considering I'm a regular customer who buys regularly from the brand and used to really enjoy it!

This one is the top of the line.Fantastic service with the largest selection. Sales representative are super friendly and professional .HIGHLY recommend this store. I'm very pleased with the experience and products available. Special THANKS to Тzvetalina she is very helpful and sweet.
