Ordered the adult face shield assuming that it would be reasonably adjustable. Upon receiving the item, I realized that it will not fit a head unless it is child sized. The company did not accept a return of completely unused product, so I highly recommend that you save yourself the $30 and go with another option unless you are building a clinic for dolls.

Thank you, Ottika for your amazing customer service! We ordered contact lenses to my son's university residence over the Christmas break, and they arrived before he even got back. The residence didn't hold them and returned to sender too quickly. After emailing to see if they could be re-sent, they responded immediately and sent confirmation that they will be shipped again right away. I was half expecting that I would have to pay shipping or that they wouldn't respond. I highly recommend Ottika and will be using them again!!
