I've received physio treatments for my right knee. As I was going up the stairs, one day, I started having pain under the kneecap. I tried to solve the problem by myself with some ice and then realized that since there was no visible swelling, I did the warm pad for a week. There were no change after a few week so I decided to get some physio treatment from Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centres in Rockland. I had an evaluation and they decided to give me the warm pad, I also got the needle treatment which is similar to acupuncture and finally got the shock treatment machine. They also provided me with 4 exercises that I had to do morning and evening. In just about 3 or 4 treatments, the pain was practically gone and I was told to kept doing my exercises at home for another month. As I am writing this review, I can honestly say that my knee is almost back to normal. I am very satisfied with Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centres for you professionalism and good advice. The staff is very friendly and the procedures that they use to heal is very efficient. Thank you to all employees at the Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centres in Rockland!! Denis

My experience at Rockland Pro Physio has been exceptional right from the beginning, starting from the reception staff right to my my physiotherapist and the physio assistants. I have required physio many times in my past and I will say Eric Chen has been the best physiotherapist I have ever received care from. He is professional, caring, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I am more than satisfied with the care I have received from him and cannot praise him enough. My surgeon was more than satisfied with my progress at my six month post total knee surgery. I had a 130 degree bend and no pain. I attribute this to Eric and the staff at Pro Physio. I highly recommend them.
