I couldn’t recommend South Kitchener Dentistry more! From the moment you walk in, everything feels welcoming and professional. Nikki does my cleanings and she’s amazing — my teeth always feel spotless afterward, and I’ve never once left with sore gums (which is rare to say after a cleaning!). Dr. Jigar is equally fantastic. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I always feel understood and well taken care of, never rushed. And I have to say — their dental instruments are the cleanest instruments on this planet! It gives me so much confidence knowing they prioritize hygiene and patient comfort. If you’re looking for a dental office that makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and leaves you with a brighter smile every visit, this is the place.

The doctor was very professional and the staff were respectful throughout my visit. Overall, my experience was good. However, I felt there was a lack of clear communication regarding the costs. When I booked my appointment, I explained that I am a student and wanted to use my insurance to manage expenses. At that time, I was told that I would only need to pay about $20–$25 after insurance. However, during my visit I was offered the option of an examination and x-rays. Since it was my first time getting dental care overseas I did not realize this would add a significant cost. In the end, I was required to pay about 117$ after insurance with actual billing of 300$ Aside from this communication issue, the professionalism and care I received from the doctor and staff were very good.

South Kitchener Dentistry is amazing! I’ve been going there for the last 6 years. Dr. Tsandelis and the entire team there are incredible. I have a fear of Dental visits and everyone there made each of my visits feel calm and relaxed. The office is very clean, modern and they have state of the art technology. They play great music, everyone is friendly, you can tell they all really love where they work! It’s easy to set up an appointment, they are extremely accommodating and send reminders which I love. I would highly recommend to anyone! Keep up the great work!!!
