I had to fill out an econsult 2 times for a private referral and they still kept telling me that I need to have a phone call with the doctor which would take another week. Why do I need to keep explaining the same thing on a phone call which I have spent time typing in an econsult. Just wastes people's time rather than becoming more efficient internally as a surgery.

Dr Neame from Highfield helped my toddler with all his skin problems very quickly and efficiently and we no longer have to worry about that. I have recently spoken to Dr Parbat and he was so kind and took the time to listen to me and has trialled me on a new medication which I hope will help. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Very efficient service!
Connor AllumAs someone who has been with Lincoln House Surgery his entire life I've never felt so failed. I've called several times recently regarding sick notes. I've had two late ones (well after the dates specified for contact) when needed and one recently that Dr Craske has not read correctly. I am far from happy with the service. Had to put a star so it would get posted. Seems they haven't learned from other revews
S RowleyPlease do not register here. If you ever need to see a doctor you will have huge problems. Everything is online and it doesn’t work unless you have a couple of weeks to wait. The phone lines are useless and you are triaged by people with no medical training. It makes no difference if you mark anything as urgent. Really sad state of affairs, dangerous practice.
