What a GREAT day! Damian and his crew (Aden, Andrew and Gerret) where outstanding to say the least! As mentioned to Damian, I, personally, am so appreciative and thankful for the peace of mind it gives me for knowing that anyone (especially my parents) who visits can now do so safely; without any sidewalk or front step tripping hazards. My husband is thrilled with how the garage pad turned out; it’s level. LOL No more pools of water at our garage doors. YAY!! They were all friendly, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and patient with any questions that I had; and with their work experience and know-how, they were able to tackle the challenges that our sidewalk at the side of the house gave them. Their work was meticulous! They cleaned up everything, leaving no traces of them being here. I can’t thank Osco Mudjacking & Construction, Damian, Andrew, Gerret and Aden, enough! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I highly recommend Osco Mudjacking & Construction for your mud or foam jacking needs. I won’t hesitate to use them again!

Have just had the BEST experience with Percy and his team from Osco, including Rob, Rob and Rob!! I'm sorry I didn't catch everyone's names as they all deserve individual mention. They were professional, efficient, experienced and very literally bounced together as a team!! They were so clean that when they left, you couldn't even tell they'd been. We moved into this house in June so I've attached pics from our inspection report and after pics once Osco had finished. We had 2 quotes (1 for foam and 1 for mudjacking) before Mikey came out. We asked him to explain the difference between foam and mudjacking options and, since Osco does both, he was able to be objective and recommend what he felt would give us the best result. Although his estimate was higher, we decided to go with Osco because of Mikey's knowledge and confidence. The job was quite difficult and required perseverance, determination and imagination which Percy and his team had in spades!! The team worked together flawlessly. They leveled the driveway and the large walkway, which was mounted on pilons so it was very difficult initially to get the 2 slabs moving. However, with Percy's ingenuity and 4 of the team literally bouncing on a pry bar to get things going, they were eventually able to lift both slabs to close the 3" gap between the first step and walkway. SUCCESS!! There was much rejoicing!! No more tripping hazards or the possibility of wrecking our knees stepping way down off that first step. All the requirements from our inspection report have been met. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Osco for any mudjacking or foam job. Their service standards are outstanding. They are more expensive than other companies because you're paying for their decades of expertise, as well as a full-on concrete truck to ensure quality mud. They are experienced enough to do jobs others couldn't or wouldn't tackle. I'm so glad we met Mikey and trusted him. While we watched the job being done, we just kept saying "Thank goodness we went with Osco!!"

Great service by the team. They were quick to come out and inspect, had availability, and sent out a very professional and friendly crew. Their quote was the best I found for foam jacking and their warranty met my needs. I have an exposed aggregate driveway and jacking requires holes to be drilled. Some companies told me they would fill it with plain gray cement, but Osco covered it with similar rocks so I can't even spot the holes now. Great work overall.
