Stacey took her time with me, assessing my concerns all the way through giving me possible options going forward, depending on what the MRI showed. She helped me decide what doctor to see, keeping in mind that eventually I’ll need a knee replacement. Then making an appointment for me and making sure I had everything I needed before I left. I went on a mid-afternoon when only one physician was working at the clinic. I had to wait a significant amount of time, but it was well worth the wait. Kira may have likely been feeling the fatigue of being alone this day, yet I felt like I was her first patient of the day. I truly appreciate that she took her time concerning my needs, was very thorough in her process of examination and didn’t use big doctor words to explain anything to me. It was all about taking care of my issue at LOS Urgent care and referring to me another clinic to do an ultrasound of my leg after a recent surgery. They were on top of it, contacted the doctor, took pictures of the issue and sent it to Dr Kyle at LOS. Good news, "no blood clot." If your doctor is an LOS doctor, you're in good hands. Thank you.

Out of five stars… I would give them zero! My son was in a car crash and we needed to get his elbow x-rayed. The lady at the desk wanted me to call some third-party to to get the visit approved… I told her we would have better service at the Walmart service counter… this place is a prime example how healthcare is totally destroyed. She would not help us… And we left with no service at all!
