Amazing experience at Top Scalp Richmond! They checked my scalp, explained my hair loss concerns so clearly, and gave me a treatment tailored to my needs. The specialist was professional, and the scalp plus neck/shoulder massage made it even better. I also loved the product I tried and bought it to take home. Highly recommend!

Not Honest – Hidden charges and poor service👎🏻 I walked in and asked about a haircut, the female staff told me it was $40 and said she could take me right away since there were no other customers. After I sat down, she suddenly added that shampoo would cost an extra $10. Since I was already seated, I went ahead with it. During the wash, she scratched my scalp (Because her NAILs), I felt rough and rushed. I’m not even sure if conditioner was used, because she only rinsed my hair twice-maybe once with shampoo and once with conditioner—but both times she scratched my scalp. When I sat down & showed her a hairstyle photo on my phone, without asking, she directly took a picture of me with her own phone, which I found very impolite. Overall❌I felt the salon was crooked about their pricing, and the service gave me an unfriendly impression✖️.

My daughter and I went to Vivid for the first time, recommended by my friend. Kelly looked after us. We both are extremely satisfied with our hair cuts and the services. Very punctual, clean, welcoming and great services. Kelly understands exactly what we wanted for our hair cut by our descriptions. I like how efficient they are. Price is very reasonable! We are definitely going back.

I am extremely happy with my visit at this salon. Jin who gave me a layered haircut was very experienced and precise and I loved the result. Edit: my second experience here for root colour was not as good as the first one. I could still see grey hair at the roots.
