I had a very disappointing experience at Oriole Guest House in G-9, Islamabad. I booked through your platform at a confirmed price of PKR 3,058. However, upon arrival, the manager claimed the room wasn’t ready and later demanded PKR 5,000 instead. When I refused, the staff behaved rudely, and I was asked to leave. This caused significant inconvenience to me and my family. I request that you look into this issue and take appropriate action against the property. Thank you,
