Elaina is truly amazing! I’ve been going to her for years, and she consistently does an incredible job every single time. Whether I come in with inspiration photos or just let her work her magic, I always leave feeling so happy with the results. She has an incredible eye for detail and is especially talented when it comes to colour matching. She somehow gets it to look exactly like the photos I show her. Her work is always flawless, and she makes the whole experience feel relaxed, fun, and professional. Elaina really listens, understands what you’re looking for, and delivers every time. I can’t recommend her enough! If you’re looking for someone who’s skilled, trustworthy, and passionate about what they do, she’s the one!

I don’t like leaving this review but I feel I have no choice after the experience I had. I had a stylist who I won’t name who was supposed to be highly experienced with blonde repeatedly make big mistakes resulting in extremely bright orange roots which I had to go back to have fixed and then I had this same stylist who I tried to give the benefit of the doubt by returning to (big mistake) repeatedly over process my hair with bleach, on multiple occasions when I went for root touch ups and this stylist would also follow up by roughly brush out my hair afterwards which would result in my hair noticeably falling out a lot from the damage. This stylist would also frequently leave my appointments half way to start working on another client. I feel that its unacceptable to treat clients this way and it’s been such an upsetting experience the damage that was done. I found a new salon and the service is much better please save yourself money and hair trauma and go somewhere else that seems to care about the service they are providing

Elaina is incredible. My hair is so much stronger and healthier since I've been going to her for my colour and cuts. I love that they use organic products as I used to get a chemical reaction with my previous salon, and that never happens here. I would recommend her a thousand times!

I have been seeing Elaina for years now and she is absolutely amazing. Everytime she nails exactly what I am imagining and the colour is GORGEOUS! I get so many compliments every time I go to see her! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a super talented hair stylist!
