I came in today to get my DOT PHYSICAL EXAM. The staff are all friendly and helpful, they make you feel comfortable. The exam was easy and detailed. Eyes, seeing, ears hearing, heart, chest, legs, arms, mouth throat, just like a physical exam. I came in at 8:40 am and left at 9:06 am. PA- Courtney is so sweet and pleasant, I would highly recommend Oregon Occupational Medicine for your DOT PHYSICAL EXAM.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had dealing with a medical facility. NEVER coming here again & will be spreading the word. Will make certain of it. Had me sitting WAY past my appointment time; went to get checked out by doctor and he had me sit in his little room for another half an hour before coming in with the most "I don't care" attitude with barely spending 3-4 minutes on checking me out and filling out some paper work before saying you are good to go. Barely talked & asked as few questions as possible. Told them when I did certain action that it hurt, their response was "Don't do it then". Didn't even bother giving an after visit summary or anything.

The office staff are great to deal with and are a great help. Dr Drum on the other hand couldn't be more shady. I went through a workmans Comp claim and dr drum was telling me that the whole process is a scam and that he'd do what he could to help me get through it so I felt relieved. In the end I came in for a visit and mind you I lived over an hour away when Dr Drum says to me mid sentence "well I'm releasing you today because the IME exam came in and there not willing to pay for anymore visits for you so that's it " . I was caught off guard and just numb. I asked your just gonna agree with an exam that was the opposite of what you had been telling me ? He said " noone will pay for your visits so I have no choice but to agree " and that this is the way it works ! Because of his lack of backbone i lost my workmans Comp case when all he had to do was say I still think that what I said in the beginning is still the case, but for some unknown reason he changed his mind and was agreeing with the Dr. that workmans Comp insurance company (ESIS) had payed for and had me see which by law I had to that's where they screw you. In the end I now have an injury that occurred on the job and because of Dr drums opinion I lost my case and now have a disability i have to pay for myself and a multi million dollar company gets away Scott free , thanks Dr drum for being so stand up and for following your oath as a Dr your colleagues and the community will be so proud and lucky to have you. There is no way you can feel good about yourself but that's your doing. I hope you can someday turn it around and actually help those who truly need your professional opinion and help. I would love to read a response if one can be worded correctly enough to be believed so c'mon let's hear it.

I suffered a rotator cuff injury and some shredding of my bicep on my right shoulder at work several months back and chose Oregon OccMed to treat my injuries through workman’s compensation from Intel. The doctor at their Hillsboro location directed me to an orthopedic specialist and physical therapy. I met with Myra and Beth, both of which their care and recommended exercises proved truly helpful towards addressing the pain with my shoulder. I really appreciate the physical therapy received from these two because I always feel better after a session. They are truly amazing. Lately, I have been receiving massage therapy and Erin is boss! Just started with Amber. The Doc, PA and their assistants are amazing and take the time to really listen and work with you towards the goal of helping you heal. The receptionists are the best because they’re very friendly, check you in rather quickly, and make you feel welcome. They help you set up appointments that best fit your schedule. Getting hurt is no fun, but it’s nice to have somewhere to receive treatment from a team that makes you feel that they really do care for your well-being.
