I am very happy with the great customer service from Order A Plummer. I called yesterday morning and told Debbie I needed someone to repair our leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. She was able to send John to my home just a few hours later. He gave us an estimate right away and then replaced the pipe and put in a new faucet. He got the job done very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. Our sink now works perfectly. We use this company every time we need a plumbing job done at our home. These guys were amazing! I had a leak coming from my kitchen ceiling on 2/19/25. Had the inspector, Peter come the next day. He was very fair and honest. His guys came out the following day a little bit before their scheduled time of 9am which was great! Andrew and Clarance were professional and very respectful. They cleaned up beautifully when they were finished. Very impressed that they have plastic sheets with zippers to help keep the area closed off. They set me up with fans and dehumidifiers and even offered to have a temporary sink and counter which will be arriving in a few days. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in need of a contractor. Thank you again!

I had high hopes for this company after getting a few recommendations so I called on 3/1/25. I spoke to their answering service and was told I’d get a call back within 13 minutes which I did and was awesome. I explained the issue we had going on and said the house most likely needed to be snaked and I had hardware I needed installed in a handicapped bathroom for the shower and faucet. No problem I’m told and someone will be out to me Monday 3/3/25 between 12-4. Monday morning I get a call from Debbie saying they’ll be out between 12-4 and the gentleman did come within that time frame. He was shown the hardware he was to install and told about the snaking. I was at work so the gentleman discussed pulling out tile vs just replacing hardware with my husband and we agreed upon just replacing. Here’s where it goes downhill. The gentleman decided to snake first and spent some time on it but when done, left a complete mess with wipes laying on the ground, black sludge everywhere (on the house, pillars, stoop, etc) and never even replaced the cover we have for the pipe so no one falls and gets hurt (I have 3 small children). He then comes inside, gives my hubby the bill to pay and when asked about the hardware to install, says I don’t have time. “You need to call a plumber…I’m just a serviceman.” Huh?! $650 later, my husband called Debbie after he left (she was the one who called me that morning to confirm) to discuss what wasn’t completed or cleaned up and never even got a call back. It seems to be luck of the draw as to whether you get a good “plumber” but in our case… I would never call this company again nor recommend them after this experience . What a shame
