I had an exceptional experience getting an implant placed today. Dr Weil and his assistant Jamie did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and at ease. They explained the whole process before getting started and gave me time to ask any questions. I had zero pain throughout the entire procedure which took less than an hour. 10 out of 10 would trust them again!

Dr. Weil and his assistant Emily were truly wonderful, they were so caring and made me feel comfortable in the chair despite my dental anxiety. The hygienist Joanna is also wonderful! She talked to me the whole time and had such a gentle hand while doing my cleaning. The office manager Martha was terrific as well, she got me in fast, and was so kind in doing so. The entire office staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel at ease. I love coming here for all of my dental needs and highly recommend you do as well!

Fantastic care and support! I can’t recommend this office enough. They are always courteous and professional. I appreciate that I never have had to wait-they are ready and eager to help! Their hygienist-Joanna is the best I’ve had. You never have to wait to get an appointment scheduled and they were very kind when I had to reschedule this week. I also feel like they care about your dental health but don’t push expensive procedures. They make sure you are comfortable with the cost of the treatment plan. Keep up the great work!! You know I think I speak for most people when I say nobody really enjoys going to the dentist. But we all have to right, so you’d think that a place like Natural Smiles would be nice and friendly and make it a little less painful to go. But no, not only did they waste my husbands and I’s time. But they actually scheduled an appointment for him at 8 am. First thing, he needed a partial repair on his denture partial. I called 2 days ago asked if they had any opening and was met with confidence at the time because this isn’t the first time they’ve broke. We paid $250 out of pocket months back and needed the same situation. My husband gets up early, gets to their office early and without even getting a “hello sir how are you today” the dentist comes out rude and mean saying “we don’t like to work on things we didn’t make” and “no we will not be helping you, but if you want to make a new patient exam and spend $$$$$ on all new teeth we’d love to help”! What in the actual hell?! What happened to common decency? What happened to service for the paying customer? And I’m sorry but why did you fix them before for cash and tell us if we ever need anything to come back?! What a joke. All in all if you want to go here be prepared to get your time wasted, your money all spent, and probably looked down upon if you haven’t been their customer before. 1 out of 10 experience! I am shocked that they had him scheduled and had him show up at 8 am. Just to be told something I could have been told on the phone?
