Oralvie - Dentiste à Montréal

It’s sad to write this review, but I have to. The work itself is good and they have decent equipment, but the staff and service are incredibly rude, dismissive, and not attentive to the patient. I called to ask if I could have my cavities filled since I broke them, but the person assisting me on the phone was not listening. They insisted that my cavities were not open, even though I clearly explained that they were. As the patient, of course I can feel the pain and see the issue myself. Instead of listening, they kept insisting everything was fine when it clearly wasn’t. Because of this, I can no longer recommend this place. The treatment of patients is incompetent and very unprofessional. I suggest looking for a better clinic where they actually listen and respect the patient’s concerns.

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood my condition before starting any treatment. I really appreciated that they provided all the pricing details upfront—everything was transparent and straightforward. A special thanks to Dr. Sophia for her kindness and professionalism. Great great service! Every single person that works there is super professional, polite, and makes you feel comfortable, from Dr Zeina, to Pascale at the reception, to all the other ladies. They work meticulously and really make the whole “going to the dentist” experience enjoyable.
