I loved my first visit at Optum Dental Arts! When I first arrived, the office was extremely clean, smelled not like a dental office - more of a refreshing clean scent which is so nice, had a relaxing & chill vibe which matched so well with the kind staff! My dental assistant - Camilla was extremely friendly and took her time to explain each step of the process to me as well as making me feel comfortable! Both my hygienist - April & Angela were so nice and helpful in explaining each step as well as answering any questions I had! Dr. Davies was extremely informative and patient in answering my questions! Their small details to customer satisfaction makes all the difference being a patient! I’ve never had a cleaning and/or dental exam so thorough and honest with my teeth. I feel so confident and excited to keep up with my oral health with Optum Dental Arts! I highly recommend this dental office!

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had in a dental office. I didn't even want to call to get this procedure done, because I had a really bad experience at a different dental office, but the tooth had to come out. From the moment I called, Wendy answered the phone, and she was VERY helpful and comforting. When I arrived, Wendy greeted me, and Lorena did X-rays and showed me around the office which I have never experienced before. Then she sat me down to explain everything very clearly, gave me a warm heated pad for my neck, and a fresh blanket to cover up with. I felt very well taken care of. After talking with Dr. Davies, we went ahead and did the procedure and he was able to get my tooth out without being put to sleep and he did it so fast. I couldn't believe it. I really 110% recommend this dentist office. I will never go back to any other. I could write an entire story about how wonderful my experience was here . Dr. Davies and his entire team are one to never forget, his assistant Camilla, Wendy, Heidi, and Lorena. I feel like these people are a part of my family now. I will never forget while doing the procedure, Ms. Wendy came up to me and didn't even ask, she just took my hand and held it through the procedure and it was such a HUGE moment for me that I will never forget .These are some very special people here at this office. Consider yourself lucky if you walk through their door. Thank you Dr. Davies and thank you to his entire team!! 🫶♥️

Hands down, best dentist I've been to in 30 years. The staff was professional and personable. They take workman's comp and get you in for an appointment quickly. Dr. Davies took his time to make sure I understood what the treatment plan was. To top it off they give you a warm pillow and blanket. I know the dentist office is not a spa, but this is the closest thing to a dental spa you can get. Will never go to another dentist.

Was I at a spa or a dental appointment? I couldn’t tell the difference! I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist office before. They were kind, honest, and didn’t try to “sell” me on unnecessary procedures. They truly care and love their patients! Thank you to Faby & Wendy for making my first appointment at Optum One I will never forget. I am officially never going anywhere else!
