Shaine Rider is a very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate doctor who offers a lot of very useful suggestions for improving your overall health as well as pain management. In addition to chiropractic adjustments, Optimum offers a number of therapy machines to improved pain management and overall wellness (I really like their Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber). Finally, their staff members (Shelby and Sydney) are very helpful and friendly. My quality of life has improved substantially since I started using their services and I highly recommend Shaine’s practice to anyone who is looking for meaningful pain relief.
