I had the pleasure of working alongside some of your team at the Ottawa Cancer Foundation breakfast yesterday. When I arrived, they were working on the sound check and as the photographer for this event I was concerned about the lack of stage lighting. I asked one of your guys if there would be any additional stage lighting, and he responded with "no, but there could be". He went down to his car and came back with lighting. Doing this helped me deliver the best images I could, but MORE importantly, it greatly improved the viewing experience for everyone attending, ensuring the speakers were well-lit. As an event photographer, I have worked with many AV companies, and I have never had someone respond to my suggestion/request with regards to lighting. My motto is "if you don't look good, I don't look good" and your team made us ALL look good yesterday. Well done!

Above & Beyond 5 Star Services for Glow Fair. As an event company our-self specializing in silent discos, we work with hundreds of companies worldwide. We had the pleasure of working with Ottawa Special Events for the production / logistics to put on a massive two night Silent Disco party selling out of 1,400 people. This is an event that has many moving parts with several activations hourly. To pull this off successful means they could do any size event. We were most impressed with their work ethic and how each staff member not only took their task to the upmost importance, but it was clear they cared about taking responsibility for the entire event. The quality of service is amazing, they are not a company who will "nickle and dime" you, and you can rest at night knowing that they'll take your event as serious as you do. Kudos to the team at Ottawa Special Events!
