IDS employees are skilled, professional, and competent. This was our second time having them out to our facility and both were good experiences. This second time was deeper focused on safety and compliance more than overview of the company and we believe we have been equipped with everything we need moving forward. If you plan to or are considering partnering with IDS, I say, make sure you ask questions! Engage them and make sure they understand your requirements as well as make sure you have a solid understanding of their plans as well. If you determine they are a good fit for your needs, then jump on in and let them help you move to the next level.

I must admit, I was extremely skeptical when the IDS team arrived at our business to perform a financial analysis for us. However, they have been extremely helpful in improving our workflows, processes and efficiency. They were able to help us drill down and understand where we are currently operating and performing and showed us how a few changes in those processes could improve our overall finances. We were provided with valuable tools and resources such as cashflow management as well as some pricing tools to assist with calculating overhead and operating costs. They not only provide the resources, but they also make sure you have a solid understanding of how to use them.

I was very reluctant at first to even talk to IDS representatives as I assumed this was another sales call that would not be worth my time. I am very happy that I took the time to talk to them. While I had good teachers along the way in my construction experience, I didn’t really have any mentors in starting and running a business. In my 17 years of owning my business it has been a very difficult evolution through trial and error. Sometimes it takes fresh eyes to get a better perspective on things.
