Great sales speech which none of was true they charge you 200 dollars for a physical that cost 80 dollars they would rather put you up in a nasty hotel room then to get you home daily you only get paid zipcode to zipcode so your losing money your pushed to max out your hours of service then they blame you for it beware of this company

After agreeing to a 5-day +/- drop trailer in Dublin Virginia, we now sit here a month and a half later (45 days later) with no understanding of the timeline to reclaim our trailer nor compensation for the additional drop time and costs associated with Online Transport customer concerns. After making an obscene amount of phone calls and electronic correspondence we cannot get a call back. The only communication in the last 10 days has been via email with a proposed compensation of $700 (about 3 days of trailer storage), however we are still being held hostage on load 2442955. We booked this load with Jacob Jensen. Mark Cook has been extremely helpful attempting to put us in touch with Jacob Jensen’s Supervisors. So far both Christian Cook and Corey have produced zero measurable results, not even a returned call as previously requested. Sadly, Online Transport Systems reputation and deliverables were exceptional prior to being abandoned on this load. Our hope is that someone with some authority and professional fortitude will right this wrong. Time is money and sitting assets are a burden to our bottom line. Called and spoke to the broker Patrick Doyle. He advised hes working on it (this has been ongoing for weeks now). Talked to the CEO Kalvin Cook gave him the load numbers. He advised he would look into it and get back to me that day. Three days later still have not received correspondence. Do not waste your time pulling a load for this company. They will keep your money after you track the entire load because they apparently cant afford that $50 dollars you agreed to in the rate con. Stay away. 2 of the water loads cancelled. No chance on getting a response about TONU.
