I am so disappointed with online door stores. I feel like management of this establishment have really let the customer service team down. Who have really provided a great service. I placed an order and had to cancel as the lead time for delivery was too long. I immediately cancelled my order and was told refund would be 10-15 business days. This timeframe has now lapsed. I am out of pocket by 444.00 and now have to raise a dispute. My builder had placed an order but they were the wrong doors. So have arranged for them to be picked up which was done recently. He may also be subjected to what i have had to deal with. I will not be using your company in future and will also not recommend. Management need to do better. Its a absolute disgrace. Must be very frustrating for decent staff members working there......very upset with the whole situation.

Utter joke , ordered a frame before Christmas understanding it will be delivered just after Christmas, only to learn ( in the new year ) the frame won't be delivered till mid January, therefore cancelled the order and it's nearly 3 weeks now and I still didn't get my money back ... Aparently, refunds from this company can take up to 28 days I have been told today ... Who does that ?! Never again ..

From start to finish, excellent service. Ordering was a breeze and the doors arrived within the stated delivery time. The delivery driver, all the way from Leeds was friendly and genuine, asked me to check each one but to call him on his mobile (which he'd previously called me from to check I was in) if I wasn't happy. The doors themselves are fabulous, excellent quality and finish. Our chippie even went as far as to say 'the best doors I've ever swung' which is impressive. We love them!

I paid extra to have some doors delivered quickly. The delivery date was missed so I contacted customer service. They said the doors would be delivered the next day. I informed them I no longer needed the doors as I couldn’t wait any longer so purchased some elsewhere. I was told that they would cancel the order and contact the delivery company to let them know. I was also told that if the delivery driver does turn up to inform him the order was cancelled and to return the doors. The delivery did turn up. The driver didn’t ring the doorbell and just dumped the three doors outside then left. When I discovered them I contacted customer services again and was told they would need to contact their supplier to request collection of the doors. This collection took two weeks and then a further two weeks to receive a refund. This company are a shambles. They simply are a reseller with no regard for customer service. I won’t be using them again and would advise anyone considering doing so to proceed with caution.
