AMAZING! As a single woman who knows zero about cars, trying to find a trustworthy mechanics is always a worrying process. The guys and girl at One Stop are all super knowledgeable and understanding. Their communication was flawless and they got to job done super quick! And as I requested due to limited funds they did only what was truly needed, no extra hidden costs and no shocking unexpected bill at the end of it. I’m so happy I’ve found them and will be taking my car there for the foreseeable future.

One Stop garage are always so honest and are willing to go above and beyond to talk to you about issues there may be with your vehicle. They always explain things in an easy to understand way and discuss options openly and honestly. I truly get the feel that they want what is best for you unlike most garages who I feel are just after my money. I will always continue taking my car here whether that’s for an MOT, service or repair. Their customer care is amazing and highly valued! They are very transparent and honest, and are extremely helpful. They took the time out of their day to pop the bonnet and actually show me what was wrong with my car in order to dispute this with my warranty company. They were very informative and helpful, even though they knew they were not going to be completing further work on my car in this instance. Even though they knew I had to take it directly to Vauxhall for the work to be carried out (conditions of my warranty), they still cared and took the time to explain to me fully and show me in detail what needed to be fixed. As a woman, at times, when going into a garage, I can feel as if I’m spoken down to, or I’m an easy target for them to get money from, but I feel One Stop are very approachable and friendly and they don’t make me feel this way. They have a team of men and women and every member of staff I have spoken to are all as helpful as each other and make me feel at ease. I highly recommend this garage!

I went into One Stop Service after reading all the great reviews, and I’m so glad I did! I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car so they had a look at it for me, free of charge, then told me what it was and gave me a quote. There was no pressure at all to choose them and said to call up and book if I wanted to go with them. I obviously chose them as they were so nice and made me feel comfortable there and knew what they were doing. Went back in to get it done and after they fully explained everything to me and wrote it down so I could remember all the complex words 😂. I am so grateful for all their hard work and will definitely be back for future work and MOT’s!
