I’m from out of state so unfamiliar with walk-in clinics here in Nashville. I was more than pleased with the courteous and friendly personnel at the desk that were so helpful in getting me signed in. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out I was met with great respect and compassionate competent care. The nurse giving me a shot was skilled and I barely felt it and the nurse practitioner was very thorough and answered every question. She was very vested in trying to get me feeling better. To all your team, I would give you the highest rating for the care you provided to me.

Staff was very professional. The NP was beyond great..quick, but patient detailed, thorough. Appt was timely, staff was timely. No longer waiting. They let you know where you were in line to be be seen, how many were ahead of you. The nurse was awesome. The administrator working the front desk with was very professional and considerate. Pleasantly surprised. The kind of service I thought was long gone with this new generation. Much appreciation for the training they have received.

Great place! Had never been there before but check in and registration was quick and simple. Waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone in the office was friendly and was the best experience I've had at a walk-in clinic
