I've been practicing at One Love Yoga Studio for 6 months now on an almost daily basis. I really love the variety of classes offered, and the instructors are THE BEST! I love how they give guidance in order to deepen my practice and honor my body's needs at all levels and during different phases of life's challenges. It is a sacred physical, mental, emotional and spiritual experience to be a student at One Love. The transformation I am experiencing is truly immense, and I am forever grateful!

One Love Yoga is a great studio that allows for varied approaches to yoga. Whether you seek a more spiritual, mindful practice or you want to work up a good sweat by varying your workouts, One Love welcomes us all. The instructors each have their own approach, but all are accessible to individuals with differing levels of skill and there is always a path to challenging oneself if desired. I love that while I use yoga as another way to exercise, I always leave with my head in a better place, too. Clean studio, easy parking, fabulous instructors!
