Horrible experience at the Emporium branch! The worst, impolite and ill-mannered person on the cash counter. I had to exchange an article I got online which didn't fit and he didn't even listen to what I had to say - didn't even exchange the size. Just clearly refused with no reason and then stopped listening and ignored. Totally disgusted by his attitude! On the other hand, I went to the One branch outside Wapda town and amazing attitude of the employees. They let me exchange with no hassle and their attitude was so good that I ended up buying more articles. So kudos to them.
