Got the privilege to work with Brian Gumm. Told him what I needed done and he was able to have someone print out a signed authorization and head to a clinic and make it back to our office. At first, they were going to need to come to our office to pick up the sign authorization, but instead, he was able to print it out at their place and go straight from there to the clinic and back to our office. This team was amazing in making it happen. They had someone at the pick up location 30 mins after I called in, and delivered it perfectly on time.
