I recently used On The Spot Delivery to pick up furniture from a store and deliver it to my home. I was very impressed with their service. The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Although the delivery team was an hour and a half late, it was at no fault of their own. They communicated the delay promptly and kept me updated on their arrival time. They even called a few minutes before arriving to ensure we were home. The delivery itself was handled professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend On The Spot Delivery. Their excellent communication and professional service made the experience smooth and stress-free. I can’t praise this company enough!

They have a form you fill out with all of your info including anything extra you need to communicate. Because I filled my form out late Monday I recieved my delivery Wed. They even accommodated my late schedule. The movers were polite and very professional. I recommend this company for all your moving, pick up and delivery needs. Thanks!
