They arrived right on time, completed the work in just an hour, and left everything exactly as they found it—clean and orderly. Our sidewalk is now perfectly level. They raised it to achieve a 7.5-inch rise to the first step and double-checked the measurements to ensure accuracy. I highly recommend enlisting the services of this company. It was a great experience from start to finish—and the price was very reasonable, too!

We recently used On the Level to lift our driveway which had dropped over the winter. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were at my house within a day of first contact to provide an estimate. On the Level Concrete Correction’s Mr. Grant Mohr & Ms. Deb are great people to work with. Grant & Deb are very professional and committed professionals in their business. They take customers service seriously and commit to their satisfaction and happiness. We had our sunken or dropped single car drive way lifted with Polyurethane from OTL a week ago in Aurora along with 2 of our neighbours. After 2 days our driveway dropped by 1/2 inch. We contacted Deb about the drop. And She scheduled the warranty work this week. And within a couple of days Grant himself visited our property and helped lift the driveway back to its original level. Seth and Mark are their technical team who does the work and very professional and friendly people. We thank Grant and Deb for their ultimate professional work and committed service and their support through warranty.
